Type conflicts when compiling ASP.NET

I encountered recently some mysterious warnings and errors like this one:

Internet Explorer 7 gamma-enabled PNGs

Internet Explorer 7 has PNG gamma correction and it may be the most correct browser when it comes to this however it breaks your entire design, now seriously, who cares about correct rendering of PNGs with gamma information ? Anyway, you can always remove the gamma information chunk using something like TweakPng.

Adobe’s offices are really cool, they have a pool table, table tennis and even have a Wii with a huge projector, too bad the projector was used for the slides. You can see here what were the presentations, some where interesting, well, I don’t know Ruby so this was a big reason to stay attentive. I had the chance to discuss a bit with Vivi, Adrian Spinei and Alex Brie, however overall the meeting was much less social than the past editions 3 and 4.

Social networks theory

Really cool paper, I found out some interesting models of social networks like the voter model and the threshold network. Written by a Googler and a Microsoft employee.
